Italian Cable Company is the result of the intuition and
commitment of the Rota family which, in 1961, founded Rota
Cavi, a company that has grown over nearly fifty years on
the Italian and international markets.
The business acumen of the Rota family led to the purchase
of Tuste in 1994. The organisational setup that followed
determined the establishment of Italian Cable Company in
2001. An English name that reflects the ambitious desire
to consider the entire European Community as a local
reference market, with emphasis on product quality and the
reliability guaranteed by the " made in Italy
" mark.
The next step in the growth of Italian Cable Company was
represented by strong expansion abroad: the company has
two associates outside national borders - Electroplast (Romania)
and Tecnoindustil (Argentina). Within Italy, the company
purchased Siltek of Cremona in 2005, while ICC Special was
established in 2006.
In its almost half a century lifespan, Italian Cable Company
has achieved the dimensions of an international group, with
facilities in Italy and abroad covering a total area of
80,000 sq m with 42,000 sq m of production facilities and
over 400 employees.
